Do you have a minimum order?

With a few exceptions we do not have a minimum. How awesome is that?!

 

How many colors can my artwork have?

One of the benefits of choosing QB Studios iscolor! No matter how many colors youwant, we can print it b-e-e-utifully with no increase in cost — because we’re awesome like that.

 

What is your turnaround time for my order?

Our mission is to offer an unmatched customer experience. Our commitment to hitting your deadline is firm. Our typical orders are turned in 4-7 business days or less.
 

How do you handle shipping?

We charge for shipping and handling depending on the service you chose and the size of the items shipped. We use FedEx, UPS and USPS. For those within driving distance to our Ankeny, Iowa, office there is a free “local pick-up” option.

 

What is your design fee?

Our designers are good. Like, really good. Depending on the complexity of the design prices begin at $35. Of course, if you already have artwork, there is no fee. Just send us your art in a vector file (.eps, .ai or .svg) or a high-res .jpeg or .png file will typically work as well.

 

What is digital printing?

Also known as DTG (direct-to-garment) our machine prints directly on your item. That means a number of crazy awesome things for you:

You can have a more cost-efficient option for orders under 12 pieces — which is typically the minimum count for a screen printer.

This process produces a design that is soft to the touch and limitless in color. Screen printing has a stiffer touch due to the thicker inks.

The resolution of your design is much higher than a screen printed garment. Seriously - we can print your face and have it looking better than you.

 

What if I want a screen printed item or the product that I chose will not work with your printer?

No problem! We can also provide screen printing, embroidery or really cool transfers like foil and glitter. Let us know what your project is and we will get you the best solution.

 

Can you create me a custom shirt with a copyrighted image?

No. Copyright is super serious stuff. If you don’t own it, pulled it off Google, didn’t create it or own the license to it, we just can’t print it. Ethically, no one else should either.

 

What brands do you carry?

At QB Studios, we have a variety of brands for your custom apparel needs including the latest and greatest fashion wear. Our favorites include brands like North Fave, Carhartt, J. America, Alternative, Bella+Canvas, Sport-Tek, Dri-Duck, Nike, Adidas, Ogio, and Independent Trading Company…just to name a few. There are seriously a plethera of choices.

 

What is your return policy?

The thing about being a custom apparel company is that most of the orders we deal with are custom. If we can not re-sell that item we can not make an exchange. However, if there is a problem with your item (like quality of the print or fabrication of the garment) we stand behind those 100% and will make it right.
